iMemo is the recording system of telephone conversations delivered by the Russian company Astarta. Represents the hardware and software system intended for record and storage of telephone conversations of the enterprise.

Appointment

Communications of the modern enterprise with the outside world stand on three foundations:

  • telephone negotiations
  • facsimile messages
  • e-mails

The last two them them, always leave the mark in the history:

  • facsimile messages are stored in the folder of the accepted documents at the entering numbers
  • copies of the entering and outgoing e-mails are stored on the mail server of the enterprise

However, most important of three (first) often remains unaddressed. The conversation is complete, is hung up, and already nothing will turn back the clock, and nobody for certain will tell about what there was a speech even an hour ago. And what to tell about a month? The recording system of a talk of iMEMO is designed to eliminate this misunderstanding.

Description

The iMEMO system writes a talk in a "native" digital telephone format and in a stereo the mode that guarantees complete identity at the digital level of the written and original signals. The stereo the mode means component recording of a voice of the calling party (on one end of the line) and voices of the called party (on other end of the line) that excludes possible difficulties of speech recognition which happen in case of addition of two channels or at record from the analog (not digital) line.

The iMEMO system allows to write and save till 15.000 o'clock negotiations in a standalone mode. What approximately corresponds to month of negotiations of a command of managers from 200 people. The standalone mode is system operation without service, i.e. without withdrawal and archiving of the saved-up records.

The iMEMO system allows to write at the same time a maximum prior to 240 talk or 8 flows of E1. What approximately corresponds to the enterprise from 2.500 people.

Connection and compatibility

The iMEMO system is connected on express speaker circuits of communication (E1 flows) in the parallel mode ("it is soldered on top" on wires), and remains imperceptible for telephone exchanges on both ends of the channel. Accession is performed in the vysokomny mode, on "live", without break of communication and without switching off of automatic telephone exchange.

A system is compatible to signallings of EDSS1 PRI, OSK-7, CAS1, CAS2 and does not depend on types of the stations used on both ends of a flow. It is tested with automatic telephone exchange - EWSD, Avaya, Panasonic, Samsung, LG and many others.

At connection of a system in E1 coal mine of flows, inclusion of function of giving in the line of a signal of warning of record is allowed (1400 Hz - 0.4 with / 15 c), stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation.

The low cost of a system is reached thanks to use of the last developments of the foreign chip-companies solving the main part of a task in one chip.

The modified version of a system providing registration of calls by means of the specialized SORM interface provided in many automatic telephone exchanges is available to a connectivity of bodies of FSB for the purpose of monitoring of a talk. Such option allows to trace more flexibly both internal, and external calls since a system is connected directly 'inside' by automatic telephone exchange. It is convenient for stations with a large number of flows of E1 (from 10) or when there is a need to listen not only external, but also local calls in automatic telephone exchange.

Functional features

Access to a system under the TCP protocol through the Ethernet local area network, by means of the specialized software set on attendant workstation.

Monitoring and listening of the real-time conversations i.e. not only written earlier, but also happening at present.

For the director - will lock listenings and records of the VIP-conversation when entering the confidential code in the tone mode directly from phone during the conversation.

The storage of records in encrypted form excluding a possibility of their listening by the user who got access to files, but not having passwords.

Integration with mini-automatic telephone exchange for determination of local customer addresses of the network (the so-called SMDR module).

Flexible system of purpose of the rights to listening of groups of numbers to different users.

Filters for viewing and listening of the talk written earlier on:

  • to time / date of a call
  • to the direction of a call (entering / proceeding)
  • number / name of the called party
  • number / name of the calling party

The solution of a problem of billing of automatic telephone exchange, i.e. preserving of CDR of information on all calls in the format compatible to third-party Billing systems. CDR (Calling Detail Record) the line is a record set about the taken place call:

  • Date of a call
  • Call time
  • Calling number
  • Called number
  • Duration of waiting of the answer
  • Conversation duration
  • Release reason

The data collected by CDR can be shortchanged by the compatible billing ISPware program which is delivered optionally at a discount 50%.
