The combined ultrasonic devices integrated under the Kompleksmed brand are developed by Institute of electronic managing machines of I.S. Brook at close cooperation with the Moscow state dental university.
2020: The announcement of the upgraded line of the ultrasonography devices of the Kompleksmed series with support of Elbrus
"INEUM named after I. Brook", entering into Avtomatika Concern of State Corporation Rostec, on December 7, 2020 announced what completed deep upgrade of ultrasonic devices of the Kompleksmed series. Depending on a complete set devices include an ultrasonic dopplerograf and/or the echoencephalograph (sinuskop) that will allow the doctor to assist in operational diagnosis of craniocereberal injuries and differential diagnosis of strokes.
During upgrade diagnostic opportunities of devices, options of their designs were expanded and also the possibility of creation of devices based on the Russian computer Elbrus platform is implemented.
Transkranialny doppler echocardiography (TKD) – a method of studying of blood circulation on intra cranial arteries and veins. Using the special pulse sensor with a frequency of 2 MHz through "ultrasonic windows" in bones of a skull the location of intracerebral vessels at the set depths is carried out. TKD - still only way of a research of an intra cranial blood-groove as normal ultrasonic scanners cannot be used for transkranialny researches because of the distortions entered to a reflected signal by skull bones, and KT and MPT give only a static picture, without allowing to estimate dynamics of a blood-groove.
Echoencephalography – the method of a location and assessment of provisions of median structures of a brain allowing to define presence of hematomas, tumors and abscesses. The combination of TKD and EhoEG in one device allows to provide substantial assistance to the doctor in operational diagnosis of craniocereberal injuries and differential diagnosis of strokes. This combination of options is relevant for services of ambulance and the emergency medicine, mobile medical and obstetrical center and also receptions of hospitals.
Diagnostic complexes are issued in three executions: stationary (in the body of the personal computer), autonomous portable (in the shock-resistant body in the form of a case) and small-size (an USB prefix to the personal computer). During upgrade of devices execution in the form of a monoblock with the touch screen was added to a line.
In cooperation with specialists of the joint-stock company MCST it was succeeded to perform adaptation of devices of the Kompleksmed series - i.e. a difficult multimedia hardware and software system of digital signal processing in real time - under the domestic platform "Elbrus". Due to application of the mathematical library which is specially developed for this platform processor "Elbrus-8C" showed during the work as a part of the device performance 20% higher, than Intel Core processor i7 3770. Thus, the highest technical characteristics of ultrasonic devices were provided, emphasized in "INEUM named after I. Brook".
