IP PBX snom ONE allows to organize full-function contact center. Depending on business needs of the companies the solution is delivered in four versions: snom ONE Free, snom ONE Yellow, snom ONE Blue, snom ONE Green.
The snom ONE Free system is test model and does not include all richness of opportunities of program IP PBX. As it appears from the name, it is distributed for free. The distribution kit is available on a developer's site. Snom ONE Free supports up to 10 subscribers.
Intended for implementation on small businesses, the automatic telephone exchange of snom ONE Yellow has more wide functionality, in comparison with the free version. The number of extensions and simultaneous connections is increased up to 20. Redirection of incoming calls on the auto attendant, mobile or the extension is supported. Connection to the PSTN by means of the standard VoIP-gateway or through IP-telefonii provider on SIP trunking is provided.
The solution snom ONE Blue supports an unlimited number of extensions. The automatic telephone exchange is completely ready to further scaling in process of growth of the company. Reliable and easy-to-work, a system is expected use in intensively growing companies interested in the maximum cost efficiency of office IP PBX. The functionality of the solution maintains all technical capabilities for extensions, such as hot-desking, sending voice messages by e-mail, filtering and call redirection and also the system of notifications.
Completely open SIP solution, snom ONE Green is compatible to a wide number of terminal sip-devices from world leading manufacturers. System implementation will not demand re-equipment of jobs of employees as the automatic telephone exchange supports IP phones and terminals snom, Grandstream, Aastra, Linksys, and many others. Snom ONE Green allows to organize unlimited number of external lines for unlimited number of users. Systems capabilities include, in addition to a complete packet of basic services, functionality of contact center, a call recording, compatibility with popular communication products of Microsoft and protection of negotiations.
Possibilities of snom ONE
A system provides secure access to network through HTTPS and also provides use of the TLS, SRTP and SDES procedures that does communication by phone to the safest. At the same time some subscribers given the special rights can listen to a talk or be connected to them. Besides, settings of a system allow to keep a call recording which archive is stored on the IP PBX server.
Snom ONE does work of users simpler and convenient that significantly increases performance. It manages to be reached thanks to support of the CSTA interface (Computer-supported telecommunications applications) which provides full compatibility with all existing CRM systems and the solutions Microsoft Unified Communications (UC). Users of snom ONE can work far off, being in other offices or in business trips: the controller of connections (mini-SBC) registers the terminal units installed for NAT in a system, and the built-in STUN server simplifies connection to different ITSP.
The product is suitable for application together with solutions of other producers. The only condition — they should support the SIP protocol. One more feature of the device — it can work as with analog networks via VoIP-gateways, and directly with IP network.
Besides, Snom ONE easily is established on the server supporting simultaneous application of several IP addresses.
The basic set of the solution supports several languages including Russian. A system contains the written voice phrases in all languages.
Snom ONE has an intuitive web control interface. Simpler allows make the procedure of setup of phones and subscriber devices the built-in tftp-server containing necessary information on configurations of phones.
The solution allows to register several terminal units on one extension. It gives the chance to transfer unaccepted calls to other numbers. For the purpose of cost reduction on cellular communication, the employee can use plans of routing of the IP PBX. For this purpose he should dial number of automatic telephone exchange then, following hints, to enter number of the necessary subscriber.
