ISCRA Framework

The ISCRA Framework platform provides a framework of an information system, ready to use: client application, application server, means of connection of different databases, access control, etc. The developer, using templates of standard services or own modules, fills the maintenance of a system with business functions (entry forms, reports, different procedures, etc.)

Content management

The information system consists of a set of modules. ISCRA Framework provides simple tools for management of the list of all system modules, development of the user menus, inclusion in structure of an information system of additional files, such as help system, different scripts, the loaded libraries, etc.

From simple to difficult

The complex system is considered as a set of the linked simple objects (services). For example, irregular shapes of input are arranged from elementary services for representation of different data sets and procedures of their modification. One service can be reused in different forms, each of services can interact with the DB. Such architecture allows to create the different options of configuration of application objects necessary for the solution of certain problems of business logic with the minimum costs.

Without programming

The editors who are built in a system allow to create the majority of application objects using only means of visual setup. You can create tables and difficult documents for data entry, requests, procedures of batch processing of data. Generation of entry forms, creation of reports, formation of data sources is executed "on the fly" on the basis of the templates described in the project. There is no need to program procedures of work with records. During the work with forms paste operations, removals, changes, search and filtering, copyings, filling on the set template, application of formulas, the choice of values from reference books, etc. are supported.

The interface of the editor allows to see result at a design stage. You will not need to pass from design to compilation (or to similar procedures), then to applications launch and the analysis of the received results. The Perform button will show result of your work instantly.

Information center

What potential should an analytical system have? First of all the developed construction tools of the reporting, OLAP and data visualization. All these opportunities are implemented in ISCRA Framework® Information center. You can be connected to any databases through ODBC or OLE DB, obtain data from the XML or Excel files and also apply specialized programs for delivery of data from non-standard sources. Application for visualization of multidimensional tables and business graphics allows to present data in the form, the most convenient for the analysis. The possibility of creation of difficult reports which display data from several connected or untied sources including from different databases is supported. An info center - a single platform for creation, modification and distribution at the enterprise of any reporting, both analytical, and operational.

Access control

If a great number of users work with a system, then the solution of a problem of distribution of access rights to information resources is inevitably required. Several levels of permissions to access to applications, reports and data are provided in ISCRA. In the simplest cases only user authentication by means of the password is executed. If the mode of role access is used, then for each user it is possible to make the list permitted for applications launch and reports and also to limit its powers on editing certain data sets.

Different databases

As DBMS for data storage of an information system MS SQL, Oracle or any other which satisfies to the needs for a masshatbiruyemost and performance can be selected. It is possible to use several DBMS at the same time. ISCRA Framework® provides ready components for interaction with the DBMS different types.

Iterative model of development

ISCRA Framework supports iterative model of development which assumes participation of the customer in the course of creation of an information system at all its stages. Thus a permanent feedback for the purpose of creation of the system which is really meeting needs of end users is provided.

Modularity and scalability

Functionality of ISCRA depends on what applications are loaded at start of the console or application server. There is no need to load modules which you do not use. The loaded applications of ISCRA allow to work with different types of files, to perform the wired programs of management accounting and reporting, to browse pages in the Internet, to communicate also many other things. You can develop own expansion (plug-in) for the ISCRA platform, all interfaces are absolutely open.

In process of increase in number of users there is a connectivity of additional Application servers, increasing thereby computing power. It is also possible to assign execution of separate groups of applications to different servers. Thus, opportunities for application of a system do not depend on the size of the enterprise.

Openness

The applications created by means of the built-in designers have open codes and are always available to expansion of functionality or making changes. It is not obligatory for you to address the developer to implement any additional functions in a system.

Work in the Internet

The possibility of ISCRA Framework to work as local networks, and on the Internet solves a problem of creation of the unified information system for the enterprises having geographically distributed structure. It is possible to address the ISCRA server from any place in the world and to obtain the necessary report or data. It is provided, including, remote access of the developer to the editor Soderzhaniya that allows to execute remote application development.
