On August 8, 2014, iTMan announced another update to the iTMan24 online service. The changes affected the software audit functionality, mainly.

To do this, the required dates are marked in the programs section of the specially added calendar, and the service reflects the change data ON for the specified time period. The solution shows which software was installed and removed during this period.

Among the modifications is the refinement of the service notification system. The user does not need to control the expiration date of the subscription - iTMan24 will remind you of the close end of the demo version or the need to update the current paid subscription.

iTMan introduced in May 2014 a new version of its iTMan24 IT asset accounting and monitoring solution - Private Cloud. Now private cloud services are available to users who, due to legal restrictions, cannot use public "clouds."

The new iTMan24 supports the same functionality as a public service. Key capabilities include inventory of computers in the organization's network, inventory of software, addition and accounting of software licenses, monitoring of application use by employees on PCs.

Private cloud and Public versions of the service are iTMan24 distinguished by the principle of hosting and storing data. As part of the Public cloud version, the client is registered on the company's website, after which he works under his account in the service. Customer IT assets are stored on the iTMan server.

The iTMan24 Private Cloud solution is aimed at large companies and other organizations, which, due to the specifics of their activities, the peculiarities of the IT infrastructure and legal restrictions, are not suitable for the standard implementation of the iTMan24 service.

iTMan24 Private Cloud users receive all the capabilities of the cloud service, as well as storing data within the organization on their own servers. The solution is delivered as a system image that is easily deployed in the company environment.
