IT Universe: Corporate document flow

The DocsVision company announced in December, 2011 emergence in the partner DocsVision directory of the solution "Corporate Document Flow" developed by IT Universe company - the partner of DocsVision company, and implemented based on the DocsVision 4.5 system.

The solution "Corporate Document Flow" is focused on the companies which are a part of holding structures as management or managed companies, including geographically distributed. The solution will allow to organize autonomous and independent document flow in each company and, at the same time, will provide transparency of document flow for all structural units of holding, will help to organize dokumetoobmen between them.

The solution automates basic processes of work with documents, issue and control of tasks according to documents. Simplicity and convenience of work with an electronic document management system are reached due to minimization of quantity of information objects in a system that reduces the number of transitions between objects for obtaining information. Users work with a card of the document and with an object of "order". A card of the document include an expanded set of attributes and additional functionality which mailing of document files and instructions by e-mail to the employees who are not working in a system or partners and also appointment of the substituting employees, use of the calendar of working time and many other things is among.
