ITforyou Petralex Speech Communication

Petralex Speech Communication is the multiuser, multifunction application of processing of the entering and outgoing audiosignal in the systems of voice communications intended for equipment call-and contact centers. It is used for increase in efficiency of business communications.

The application is run by capture, processing and transfer of the entering and outgoing audiosignal in real time, interacting on the one hand with devices of input-output of a sound, with another - with any program SIP telephone.

Scheme of action of software, (2015)

The application is installed in workplaces of operators contact centers running OS Windows 7 8, 10 and used for:

• processings of a voice of the operator, for giving to it of persuasiveness, confidence, expressiveness and also for decrease in load of hearing of the subscriber, increase in perception of a voice of the operator by the subscriber;
• processings of a voice of the subscriber, for increase in his perception by the operator, decrease in a stress and fatigue of the operator and also preserving of health of hearing of the operator.

The application interface provides fast inclusion / shutdown of the modes of processing of a voice, combination of the modes depending on tasks and preferences of the operator and also access to easily regulated settings. The possibility of preserving of individual preferences of each call center operator is provided:

• display of the modules selected by the user
• preserving of settings of inclusion/switching off of modules
• preserving of the selected parameters for each module
• preserving of profiles of hearing (test procedure of hearing of the operator) and their subsequent use depending on the current noise situation.

2016: Release of the version of Petralex SC

On July 12, 2016 the ITforyou company announced release of the version^[1].

In this version of software of Petralex Speech Communication the effect algorithm "A convincing voice" is optimized. The quality of conversion of a voice is increased — sounding became more natural, is eliminated emergence of artifacts. Computing load of the processor as result is reduced - the possibility of use of the module on simpler PC configurations appeared.

Work of the virtual Petralex audiodrivers is optimized (Petralex Virtual Speaker, Petralex Virtual Microphone): stability of work is increased; the delay of processing of an audiosignal is reduced.

Operation of the modules "Overcoming Surrounding Noise" and "Gain of a Voice of the Operator" is optimized. In the first case the analysis algorithm of the speech of the operator and assessment of surrounding noise in intervals between phrases of the operator is executed and the legibility of a voice of the subscriber is increased. In the second case the speech analysis algorithm works in the line from the subscriber and assessment of surrounding noise in intervals between phrases and the legibility of a voice of the subscriber is increased.
