ITrack Automation of production and warehouse transactions of pharmaceutical companies

The iTrack system is developed taking into account the latest changes in the Russian legislation, in particular, of Government decree No. 62 "About carrying out an experiment on marking by control (identification) signs and to monitoring of turnover of separate types of medicines for medical application". The solution automates production and warehouse transactions of pharmaceutical companies and also data transfer process in supervisory authorities. The software product is implemented in several pharmaceutical companies within a pilot project on monitoring of the movement of medicines in Russia.

By different estimates, today up to 10% of the pharmaceuticals which are on sale in Russia treat a counterfeit or poor-quality products. To change this situation, since February 1, 2017 the experiment on marking of packaging and data transmission in the GIS "Marking" in which 16 producers, distributors and pharmacy chains participate is made. Within the project on each medicinal packaging there will be a unique code which will allow to trace its way from a pharmpredpriyatiya to the buyer. Marking can become obligatory for all pharmaceutical medicines in 2019.

Products monitoring system

iTrack is a modern system for monitoring of products in commodity distribution networks. The program was created for problem solving of a warehouse and logistics the system of a markiration of goods is used by unique codes.

Process of tracking of movement of goods is simple:

|-> Reading of codes on key posts of movement of goods
|-> Tracking of movements of goods and formation of statistics

• create complete base of goods with the marked trace of movements
• make sorting and control movement of goods using virtual base
• create statistics about the sold, moved and warehoused goods (reports in the format MS Excel, CSV)
• store the description of goods with up-to-date information
• carry out marketing actions using a markiration
