The market value of the exclusive right to the software of the fintech platform of services of the BSC group of companies is 2 010 100 000 rubles. This is the result of an assessment conducted by the consulting company Corporat Finance, which the WBC announced on March 25, 2021.

The object of evaluation was the intelligent information system (IIS), which is the basis of the services of the financial marketplace of the WBC and the social network for earning TenChat. This is a complex of software, linguistic and logic-mathematical tools for implementing the main task: automating the business process of providing customers with bank guarantees and other financial products.

IIS functionality:

• express verification of counterparties;
• cloudy storage of data;
• business chat with the possibility of exchanging legally significant documents using a qualified electronic signature between users, regulatory authorities, counterparties, financial organizations;
• automated credit risk assessment system;
• automated decision-making system for online issuance of financial products;
• search and analytics of procurement under 44-FZ and 223-FZ.

IIS it is integrated with IT platforms of credit institutions and forms personalized commercial offers bank to each client based on the received. data

Analysts not only studied the characteristics of the software, but also analyzed the market of the valuation object, pricing factors, as well as external factors that affect its value. To do this, a review of the macroeconomic situation in general, an analysis of the current state of the banking services, banking software, intellectual property markets in Russia and the world, and a statistical review of domestic development companies were conducted. As a result, the risks associated with the origin, use and disposal of IIS were assessed as minimal.

The main source of revenue of the BSC group is income from the provision of software products to partner banks to automate the issuance of financial products and services to customers. A high estimate of the value of our software by an independent evaluator confirms that intangible assets that benefit business and society are in demand by the market. So we are moving in the right direction and developing an innovative direction important for the Russian economy, said the head of the WBC group of companies Semyon Tenyaev.

In January 2021, the WBC group reported more than double revenue growth in 2020. It amounted to 1.56 billion rubles (against 696 million rubles in 2019). The indicator EBITDA for the first time in the history of the company exceeded 100 million rubles.

Since March 2019, the IBC marketplace has been a resident of Skolkovo in the area of ​ ​ activity "Strategic Computer Technologies and Software." And in December 2020, the software of the IFC financial marketplace was included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases in the class "Information Systems for Solving Specific Industry Problems."
