ACR Ideco automated settlement system is a modern certified billing system that is optimally suitable for small and medium-sized Internet providers, as well as for office centers, hotels, universities and many others.

ACR Ideco 3

ACR Ideco 3 is a certified billing system popular with Internet providers, mainly due to ease of use. In January 2012, ACR Ideco 3 included a software subscription module in the billing system. The module allows Internet providers using Ideco 3 ACP billing to launch the service "Subscription to antiviruses and other software" within a few minutes, within which subscribers of the provider can rent a software license based on monthly micro-recordings. The module is included in the Ideco 3 ACP update package up to version 353 and higher, and providers using billing have the opportunity to launch the Software Subscription service immediately after installing the update.

The Software Subscription service operates within the provider's subscriber portal. The web showcase with software products is created by Rentsoft specialists and stylized as the appearance of the portal. The subscriber manages his subscriptions through his personal account, paying for the software rental from a single subscriber account (in addition to paying for the Internet).

The provider's network is divided into IP segments or VLANs, each served by Ideco AS 3000 or another NAS server or switch. Internet traffic is distributed using a router installed on the border with the Internet. NAS servers or switches are connected to this router. Authorization and control of user traffic is carried out using Radius and Netlow technologies running on the Ideco ACP server. Ideco ACP has the ability to both receive and send NAS commands to servers and switches via SNMP/Telnet/SSH/CoA. Thus, authorization and accounting of traffic is assigned to Ideco ACP. With such a network construction scheme, up to 50000-100000 registered users are possible; Channel width is limited only by network bandwidth and router capabilities;

Scheme of using Ideco 3 SoftRouter ACP as a gateway

ACP Ideco 3 works as a gateway, is installed at the border between the Internet and the local network. All Internet traffic passes through Ideco ACP, which provides speed counting, blocking and limiting.

The functionality of the popular ACR Ideco 3 billing system, used by several hundred Internet providers, has been replenished with a software subscription module.
