Software product "INFOPRO: SETTLINGS WITH CONSUMERS" (earlier Power Office) - multifunction automated information system of accounting of resources and services, calculation for the provided resources and services and accounting of payment for them by consumers.
Purpose of a product
The software product allows to keep account of resources (electrical energy and power, thermal energy and the heat carrier, water, gas, etc.) and services (hot water supply and heating, cold water supply and water disposal, gas supply, contents and an overhaul of housing, hiring of municipal housing, other housing and communal services) without restrictions on their types. The software product is intended for the network companies (the electric and thermal networks), the sales companies (energy, power, gas, water, utilities, etc.), management companies, payment processing centers and the companies of agents on a whip-round.

Design methodology
When developing the software product Scrum methodology was applied, at design the methodology of object design of UML was used.
Implementation methodology
Analysis At the Analysis stage during the project the analysis of business processes and requirements of the Customer is carried out. The main result (product) of this stage are the Technical Specifications (TS).
Design At a stage of Design the Conceptual Design of the solution is developed and submitted for approval to the Customer, the software product is shown, the offer on implementation, including the budget on continuation of works and the project schedule prepares. These documents will be approved and affirm the client before the following stage Development and Testing.
Development and Testing At a stage of Development and Testing creation and testing of modifications of a system is performed. If the general time for development exceeds 3 weeks, this work is separated into separate blocks ("Assemblies"), each of which demands 2 – 3 weeks on development. In process of release of each block, it is given to testing to the client. At a stage of development and testing the working environment is established on customer premise.
Implementation At this stage a system completely is implemented at the enterprise of the Customer, and all user trainings are provided in full.
Technical support and maintenance
If necessary the Customer can independently perform technical support and support of the software product. In the company the Uniform Technical support service which business processes are constructed on the basis of the ITIL standards works. The format of technical support is defined by the Customer – an hourly pay of the actual time, the choice of the specific list of services and/or services within certain time, etc.
