Omnichannel the system of communications of citizens and government institutions – the digital platform of involvement of citizens in problem solving of city development (The active citizen) allowing each inhabitant to take active part in development of the city / region. The solution is registered in Unified register of the Russian programs for a computer and databases Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications Russia (No. 4657), and also in the register of best practices of the Project "Smart city" (smartcity).

2019: Compatibility with Red OS

On December 23, 2019 "RedSoft" reported that together with "Laboratory of Information Technologies" within technology partnership held testing for compatibility of the products. Developers confirmed correctness Omnichannel of system operation of communications of citizens and government institutions (productions information technologies of Laboratory) with operating system RED OS (productions of RED SOFT). Results of tests are reflected in the bilateral certificate of compatibility.
