Darvvin is service of identification of social threats among teenagers which will allow to distinguish negative events at the earliest stages and to prevent them before serious effects.

2020: Announcement of Darvvin

On April 27, 2020 the Infosecurity company submitted the Darvvin system - service of identification and prevention of social threats among teenagers.

According to the company, for the last decade the Internet became an integral part of our life, and every year the Internet audience promptly looks younger. According to results of the research of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation conducted in 2019, children begin to use the Internet at the age of 4-5 years, and by 11 years the share of Internet users among them makes 97%. For April, 2020, because of a pandemic and mass transfer of school students to the remote mode of training, the number of the children of school age visiting the different sites and communities on the Internet significantly increased.

In these conditions children become extremely vulnerable to cyberthreats: malefactors, having skills of pressure, manipulation and other psychological tricks in an arsenal, can affect behavior of teenagers, pushing them to commission of crimes.

For counteraction and prevention of armed attacks on schoolmates and teachers, distribution and the uses of drugs among teenagers, instigations to a suicide and appeals to aggression by means of social networks, Infosecurity created an information and analytical system of "Darvvin".

For April, 2020 in a system 6 modules are already implemented:

• Module "Shuting": a system reveals groups, communities, forums devoted to subject of Kolumbayn (attacks and punishments of schoolmates) and also defines active teenage participants of such communities;
• Module "Suicide Inclinations": the Darvvin system runs for search of the Internet resources connected with suicide subject, the provokers pushing school students to suicide commission and also the school students showing interest in a suicide subject.
• Module "Drugs": search of the theme groups, communities and teenagers publishing the corresponding posts is performed.
• Module "Illegal actions": "Darvvin" executes search of the provokers calling teenagers for aggression or participation in illegal actions, the corresponding groups and communities.
• Module "Requisitions": a system elicits the facts of illegal charges of money on the Internet from pupils for needs of school/class/group;
• Module "Rating": on the basis of a total quantity of the revealed incidents, a system creates the rating of educational institutions.

The additional benefit of "Darvvin" is a comprehensive monitoring of situations. On the one hand, a system collects information from a wide pool of the sources popular among minors including the websites and social networks. On the other hand, a system traces tens the Darknet forums and the closed chats and more than 196 thousand Telegram channels, thereby controls activities of malefactors.

Using unique algorithms, a system automatically selects data with high degree of relevance and transfers for further processing to analytical center "Infosecurity" where the degree of threat is appropriated to them and the priority operations procedure is defined. After processing of an event in analytical center, the customer receives notifications on all revealed and verified events. According to the results of reporting period the complex analytical report forms.

So, already as a result of test start of the Darvvin system for one of regions of the Russian Federation, for short term more than 120 threats from which representatives of the region classified a quarter as constituting special danger were revealed. Thus, timely identification and the notification of responsible persons allowed to win precious time and to save tens of lives.
