2020: Start of Infosecurity Tracker service
Infosecurity (enters into Softline Group) announced on December 16, 2020 INFOSECURITY TRACKER start – cloud DLP service which simplifies all process of prevention of leaks.
Events of 2020 transferred the companies to a remote format of work. Unfortunately, not all employees "on an udalenka" responsibly treat the work therefore the question of control of personnel became for employers the sharpest. The companies are puzzled a set of questions of monitoring of employees now: "how to control process?", "what solutions are necessary?", whether "will lead a remote format of work to uncontrollable dissemination of confidential information?". The INFOSECURITY TRACKER service will become the answer to these and other possible questions and also the universal solution of the arising problems.
INFOSECURITY TRACKER is urged to replace and to considerably simplify all process of work with the systems specializing in prevention of leak of confidential information (Data Leak Prevention) and monitoring of working time (Employee Monitoring). The customer does not need to select and buy independently licenses any more, to pay the companies integrators for implementation and to be engaged independently in identification of incidents and analytics. Without saying that in general purchase of a control system before emergence of INFOSECURITY TRACKER was for the customer a difficult task, and its operation in general became a separate call. Regular updating of rules of control and daily analysis of cases took away a lot of time that sometimes just put an end to invested funds. Now all these activities are included into a complex service package of INFOSECURITY TRACKER, and any of our subscriptions already includes the most important – the experienced analyst.
Service is available in 3 options of a subscription:
- TRACKER STAFF is a subscription thanks to which the customer will know on what employees spend the working time. At connection to service experts of Infosecurity will help to connect data sources and to process all documents necessary for control. Then will organize process on identification of the employees entering into risk groups, to ensuring special control of their actions and efficiency evaluation of use of working time. This subscription is implemented based on the solution StaffCop of Atom bezopasnost LLC.
- TRACKER DATA is a subscription for identification of risks of potential leak of confidential information. The customer not only will obtain information on the most critical data in the organizations, but also full-fledged functionality for their control. Besides, when setting on service experts will help to issue all necessary documentation: implement the mode of a trade secret and provide a possibility of control. This version of a subscription is based on the solution Zecurion DLP of the partner of AO "Sekyyurit".
- TRACKER PRO is the maximum option of a subscription which combines in itself(himself) functionality of TRACKER STAFF and TRACKER DATA and also gives an opportunity not only to react in real time to potential risks, but also to receive the short decisions on any subject based on archive of already collected earlier these.
We warrant for efficiency of notifications within levels of service maintenance (SLA), and we will show the volume of the done work in monthly reports.
As for service cost, it is most transparent: service is provided on a subscription with the fixed monthly cost depending only on quantity of the connected jobs. In case of need there is an opportunity to scale a subscription to 1,000 jobs.
