The InoSphere system is positioned as the solution which resolves an issue with control at the level of virtualization, "iron" and is compatible to all systems of virtualization. Thanks to opportunities of control and management customers have an opportunity to optimize costs for infrastructure, to increase efficiency of IT departments and to raise qualities of IT services due to understanding of what services are involved and what loading on them. InoSphere is constructed based on modular architecture that allows to select necessary option of delivery, and also to replace the excluded modules with already working.

The scheme of acquisition of the InoSphere system assumes an opportunity to make one-time payment with a possibility of free updating further and also monthly payments, payment for actually rendered services, etc. Inoventica considers that the similar price flexibility and also the ruble prices will allow to create additional competitive advantage. A system has two installations, three pilot projects, implementation in 10 DPCs with the park of the equipment over 10 thousand units. In plans of the company to move VMware in the Russian market and to force out Acronics company.

2015: International delivery contract InoSphere

On December 22, 2015 the Inoventica group announced the conclusion of the international delivery contract of the platform of management of cloud services of InoSphere Inoventica[1].

Delivery is executed to the Republic of Estonia and, in addition to providing the rights to the standard license, assumes completion, setup of a product according to language requirements, to interaction with the European payment systems, changes in a user interface.

This contract, according to the statement of the company - the first large international deal in the field of sales of the software.

The company pointed to the choice of InoSphere based on internal tender during which the product outstripped on a ratio "price/quality" analogs from HP and VMware. At the same time, according to representatives of Inoventica, "by the price parameter advantage was more than fiftyfold".

The InoSphere platform will allow the customer to render to consumers all range of infrastructure cloud services on the IaaS model:

  • virtual hosting,
  • the virtual machine with the fixed parameters,
  • the virtual machine with dynamic parameters
  • others.

As a hypervisor HyperV, VMware, KVM can be used.

2014

At the end of 2014 Inoventica Group consolidated 100% of shares of Garant Park-Internet LLC ( Parking.ru IaaS-provider), having redeemed the remained 40% of this asset then transferred the company to a new brand - Inoventica Services from private owners. Inoventica bought in addition the remained 40% at seven individuals - co-owners "Guarantor Park-Interneta" who acted as sellers and at the first transaction in 2011 when Inoventica purchased 60% of authorized capital of this company.

At the same time in a conversation with the reporter of ComNews Vitaly Slizen noted that the redeemed 40% of shares "cost significantly cheaper" (in terms of the cost of 1%), than purchase of three-year prescription. The situation of 2011 when just next day after the transaction the developer of a flagship product of the company - inoSphere left Garant-Parka became the reason of "markdown", - because of which Inoventica and purchased it. The inoSphere system provides accounting, management of hardware and program resources and also in the automated mode allows to manage cloud services. By the time of "escape" from Garant-Parka the inoSphere developer worked on this product of 12 years and wrote 3 million lines of a program code (which was even not documentary)[2].
