In June, 2016 on Computex 2016 Intel provided to an exhibition a processor family of Intel Xeon Phi.
Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors based on architecture of Intel Many Integrated Core (Intel of MIC) supplement performance and energy efficiency of a processor family of Intel Xeon E5, providing performance improvement of a number of resource-intensive applications — to 1.2 TFLOPS (trillion transactions with a floating comma per second) on one coprocessor.
The processor family of Intel Xeon Phi provides the high performance and cost efficiency for all projects working with machine learning.
