To implement the project, Intelion Data Systems has allocated a high-performance computing direction to the subsidiary Intelion Cloud (Intellion Cloud LLC, part of) Hosting Provider Registry Roskomnadzor, whose task is to ensure the strategic development of the group of companies and the implementation of promising projects in the field of AI. The main platform for the deployment of capacities within this area will be the computer data center under construction Samara in the region. It is planned that the first stage of the data center will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The property complex of the data center includes several land plots with a total area of ​ ​ 3.2 hectares and a 220 kV substation equipped with two power transformers designed to transmit electrical power up to 126 MVA.
