2019: Expansion of opportunities of an online service "Where courier"
On June 4, 2019 the Interprocom company announced adding of additional opportunities in an online service "Where the courier" which concerned both functionality of a system, and design. Updates do it even more convenient for clients, creating experience of interaction and increasing their loyalty, help the companies to exercise more effectively quality control of services at a stage of the goods delivery and to increase discipline of couriers.
Since launch of service there passed a little more than 6 months. We are glad that service dynamically develops, and in May, 2019 through an online service "Where the courier" was performed the thousand order. The online service "Where the courier" is most demanded by owners of online stores with own departments of delivery and at courier services. The online service helps to organize more effectively process of the goods delivery, to predict arrival time of the courier to the client more precisely, shows it location of the courier in specific timepoint, and provides communication between the client and the courier in a format convenient to them. Using service all participants of process of delivery from managers and couriers to managers and clients can quickly interact as a uniform command.
Thanks to close cooperation with users and the built feedback system, developers obtain invaluable information on customer needs and quickly enter changes into the system. There is an atmosphere of collective innovations in which the productive ideas are born.
So, for example, on the basis of wishes of customers the interface of mobile application was completely processed. Instead of three separate applications: for the administrator, for the courier of the customer and for the client - one application servicing work at once of all roles of users is created. UX of a client part of mobile application is significantly improved. Transition to tracking of the courier on the card is accelerated and the tag of the expected delivery time of the order is added. Identification of existence of messages in the comment on the order or in a chat is improved. In a card of the order the field for desirable delivery time appeared.
As many online stores work from a warehouse, the option "Warehouse" where it is possible to create orders without appointment of the courier which then get to the managing dispatcher was added, and already it distributes them on couriers. Thus, the Where Courier service becomes more flexible and is more complete corresponds to business processes of management of deliveries, can be integrated with the warehouse accounting systems of the customer. Now the Where Courier service is suitable for more wide range of online stores and delivery services.
Improvements are also entered to work of the administrator of service. The mechanism of the choice and search of regular customers is significantly processed during creation and editing the order. There was an opportunity to quickly replace an order status, to make changes in its option: payment method, movement of the courier, chat, comment, card. It is possible to sort quickly orders by time in each date and to enter any delivery time, to publish information on the order in popular messengers (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) and social networks. The courier received more compact data mapping of the order which is displayed on one screen now. Fixing of end of time of orders is improved, automatic change of an order status is added on "Is overdue" taking into account date and range of the specified time in an order card with the notification of all participants of process.
