In September 2025, the Kalashnikov concern first demonstrated to the general public a two-seat high-speed electric scooter Izh-ScootWay with a universal trailer, designed for use by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, commercial organizations and patrol services as maneuverable low-noise transport. A unique vehicle was created on an initiative basis in the center of prototyping of the enterprise, taking into account the requests of potential customers and can be operated on roads with any surface thanks to off-road tires.

According to the press service of the Kalashnikov concern, the electric scooter has been developed with special attention to the ability to move on various types of road surfaces. The designers provided for the use of tires with a special off-road protector to ensure cross-country ability in difficult conditions.

The vehicle is equipped with a rear or all-wheel drive system with a range of up to 100 kilometers per charge. The maximum speed of the electric scooter is up to 100 km/h, which allows it to be effectively used for operational tasks of various services.

The power plant is represented by a motor-wheel with a power of 3 to 10 kW, depending on the modification. Power supply is provided by a lithium-polymer battery, which provides sufficient autonomy for most practical tasks.

The scooter design provides for an electric automatic footplate for ease of use. The suspension with a stroke of 160 mm in front and 200 mm in rear provides comfortable movement over uneven terrain and increases the cross-country ability of the vehicle.

The carrying capacity of the main platform is up to 300 kg, which allows you to transport two adults with additional equipment. The universal trailer is designed for a payload of up to 200 kg and provides the possibility of conversion for various tasks.^[1]
