On November 26, 2019 the Aladdin R.D. company announced completion of testing for compatibility and obtaining the official status Citrix Ready for a product family of JaCarta and JCR. Devices of a line JaCarta underwent strict testing for compatibility with products: XenDesktop 7.15 LTSR, XenApp 7.15 LTSR, XenApp 7.18, XenDesktop 7.18, Citrix Virtual Apps 1808, Citrix Virtual Desktops 1808.

Use of products of the line of JaCarta together with the products Citrix gives several advantages. According to the statement of the developer, the first smart cards the reader of a line — JCR-721 — is intended for hard work with any types of contact microprocessor smart cards at offices, the Certification Centers (CC), MFC, medical institutions, at home. The main feature of the reader is the trust. The device works running own entrusted operating system with the set of applications of security, has the built-in subsystem of safe remote updating of the software.

As noted in Aladdin R.D., smart cards the reader of JCR-721 is designed according to Requirements of trust FSTEC of Russia, including for work with a state secret (to degree of privacy of "CC"), is made in Russia and can be used in GIS, APCS the 1st class of security, for ensuring security of personal data the 1st level of security at the enterprises CUES (critical information infrastructure), in state agencies, at the enterprises MIC Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, in multifunction centers (MFC) and offices of service.

According to the developer, one of distinctive technical features of the device is use of the special contact mechanism with the microelevator used in expensive industrial devices. It allows not to scratch the surface of the card — contacts do not slide on the surface of the card in the course of connection and shutdown, and fall by a contact pad of the card only after complete fixing of the card in the reader (microelevator).
