2024: Product Announcement
In mid-August 2024, NPO Dvina and VIT Era presented the Jumper-1 unmanned aerial vehicle. This drone, using algorithms based on artificial intelligence, is able to function as part of a swarm of drones.
"Jumper-1" is an impact drone with coaxial propellers. The batteries provide the ability to fly for 26 minutes. The maximum range is 30 km (with remote control). The apparatus weighs about 5.5 kg.
The drone is designed to perform work in difficult noise-saturated conditions. "Jumper-1" can be used both for reconnaissance and for the destruction of enemy objects - in manual and automatic modes using AI algorithms. The attack UAV differs from its counterparts in the ability to independently perform tasks as part of a swarm, a group mortar launch and the ability to point a swarm at a target using an AI system.
The drone received a cylindrical body. The blades of the two bearing screws arranged one above the other can be folded, thereby simplifying transportation. Other technical characteristics as of August 12, 2024 were not disclosed.[1]
