2025: Production Launch
Yandex launched its own production of children's clothing and presented the first collection under the Junction brand. The range includes clothing for children aged 18 months to 7 years, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, trousers and jackets. Sales started on March 11, 2025 on the Yandex Market platform.
According to the press service of Yandex, the cost of children's wardrobe items varies from ₽699 to ₽4 999, which positions the collection in the middle and below the average price segment. In the future, it is planned to expand distribution channels and enter other trading platforms.
YandexWhen developing a line of children's clothing, special attention was paid to the quality of materials and comfortable cut. The production team consulted with parents, and also organized fittings with children to receive direct feedback from end consumers.
The collection includes waterproof cotton T-shirts, sweatshirts and trousers made of insulated, heavy cotton, and softshell outerwear, a material that is lightweight and breathable. All products are tested for shrinkage and stability of dyes, as well as official certification in laboratories confirming the compliance of products with the standards for the production of children's clothing.
The launch of the June brand is a continuation of the Yandex Factory strategy for the development of the fashion direction. In October 2024, the company introduced the Muted menswear and womenswear brand. The decision to enter the children's segment is due to its high growth rate: according to Yandex Market, sales of children's clothing on the marketplace in 2024 doubled compared to the previous period.
The immediate plans of the Yandex Factory team include the development of a capsule collection of school uniforms, as well as clothing for young children (from 3 to 18 months), which will allow the company to reach an even wider audience.[1]
