According to the developers, Jay CoPilot smart assistant is for business, employees of companies and, individual users able to increase the productivity of personal work and get rid of the work routine. In addition to the dialogue mode, applications have been created to automate the most popular tasks: preparing meeting protocols, Q&A for information arrays, sammarization, rewriting and generating text, decrypting audio recordings, voicing texts in different formats, different by voices in several languages, generating images, etc. "Jay" also makes it easier to work with various document formats - a bot can be sent a link to a site or (file txt, docx,, pdf audio files) to translate text into another language, get a summary of the content, or use other features.

Unlike ChatGPT, Jay works with different modalities - speech, audio, text, images and is able to search for information on the Web. The user can work both with the interface of each of the applications, and ask to perform "Jay" one or another task in a natural language. In addition, Jay CoPilot has an API to integrate directly with companies' information systems and employee workplaces.

In addition to the most powerful neural network models, under the hood of "Jay" there is its own LLM model JustGPT, based on the open source model LLaMA-2. The model was further trained on the Just AI-assembled instructional datacet and contains 70 billion parameters. The main post-training time was 12 days, a cluster of 8 Tesla A100 accelerators was involved, and its own GPU cluster Just AI was used for auxiliary tasks. Further training made it possible to significantly improve the capabilities of the model in understanding Russian-language instructions and endow a number of special useful functions. You can communicate with JustGPT directly in the Jay interface.
