2021: In Ugra, the functionality of submitting applications to justices of the peace in electronic form has been developed
In Ugra, the functionality of submitting applications to justices of the peace in electronic form has been developed and as of July 2021, legal entities and individuals are actively submitting electronic documents to justices of the peace. This was announced on July 28, 2021 by the Department of Information Technology of Ugra. In order to register on the website of magistrates of the Autonomous Okrug, individuals need to have a confirmed account on the portal of State Services. After authorization, a personal account is created on this site, after which applications in electronic form become available to the user. A citizen can download both a scanned paper document and a document in electronic form with a digital signature.
The electronic format of submitting documents is becoming more and more popular. So, in the first half of 2021 alone, 19,267 documents were submitted in electronic form. This is more than 3 times the number of applications submitted for the whole of 2020 (5,829).
Electronic interaction of magistrates of the Autonomous Okrug with the FSSP of Russia regarding the exchange of executive documents has also been established. At the end of July 2021, through a system of interdepartmental cooperation, more than 27 thousand executive sheets were sent to the FSSP of Russia for the first half of 2021. This functionality significantly reduced the time of proceedings related to the execution of court decisions. Document exchange began to take a matter of seconds.
Ugra takes an active part in the implementation of the superservice "Justice Online," which in the future will allow remote participation in court sessions through the Portal of Public Services.
In 2022-2023, the electronic infrastructure will be put into operation in the activities of justices of the peace, which will allow citizens to get acquainted with the case materials and receive various notifications through the portal of the State Services, and justices of the peace to accept claims in electronic form and organize meetings via videoconferencing. At the same time, the court for filing a lawsuit will be determined automatically, which will eliminate the risk of error when choosing a court when filing an application.
Comprehensive work in this direction is carried out as part of the national program "Digital Economy of Russia."
