2024: Product Announcement
In mid-March 2024, the Scientific and Production Association (NPO) Kaisant"" announced the release of a dome station drones for suppressing the military to protect armored vehicles and vehicles. A system called "K-1000" is designed to suppress drone flights by setting omnidirectional interference of high power.
The solution is made in the form factor of the suitcase and weighs 2 kg. It is possible to suppress drones in two frequency bands - 800 and 900 MHz, and the effective range reaches 250 m. The system is completely autonomous: it operates from an internal power source with the ability to connect an external household network or a portable power plant. Control is carried out by one operator.
The developer claims that the complex immediately at the time of its launch is able to suppress the flights of one or more UAVs, including a swarm of drones. The effect is achieved by noising the control and navigation frequencies of drones. As a result, there is either a gradual decrease in the height of the drone with subsequent landing on the ground, or a return to the launch point, depending on the model and settings of the specific drone. In some cases, an uncontrolled fall to the ground may occur.
Among the advantages of the system are quick preparation for operation and ease of operation, ergonomic design, a strong design for use in the most difficult conditions and the absence of noise during use. Alena Balandina, Development Director of NGO Kaisant, said that the K-1000 complex has been put into mass production. According to her, orders for the system came from the government, and Moscow negotiations are also underway on mass supplies of the station to the special operation zone. The cost of the dome suppression system as of March 2024 is 250 thousand. rubles[1]
