2023: Procure System Announcement
IT company K2 Tech on November 20, 2023 announced the launch of the SRM-system "Buyer." The domestic solution automates purchases in a short time and helps to track them in real time. "Buyer" is developed on the Russian platform and is included in the register of domestic software.
In recent years, the demand for domestic solutions, including in the field of SRM, has multiplied. We decided to master this niche in this market and create a simple and convenient application that can be quickly deployed and launched without additional training of employees or purchasing equipment. This decision was the "Buyer." When developing it, we took into account international practices and domestic experience - the project was inspired by a participant in the list of top 25 procurement directors. Russia In addition to tools for automation of procurement, we are also developing a supplier base with a rating system and our own trade site, - said the deputy director for development of K2Tex. The system is developed on the basis of ESD 3.0 and can be integrated with any ERP and customer applications. And the component microservice architecture allows you to seamlessly add new modules. As of November 2023, the Procurement functionality fully automates the procurement life cycle. The system controls purchasing through customizable user roles and reconciliation processes, as well as purchasing documents and purchasing type matrices. The developers also introduced the functionality of the Procurement Committee, a supplier base with a rating system, their own trading platform and an electronic document management system. At the same time, the system is intuitive to use and does not require long training and special settings - you can deploy its functionality out of the box and configure it for the customer in 1-2 weeks.
K2 Tekh notes that the team continues to work on the development of an SRM system in the field of procurement management. In the future, the system will integrate the nomenclature and NSI reference book, budgeting, analytics and reporting module, knowledge library and much more.
