The preschool portal of the city is intended for complex automation of preschool education and ensuring information support of providing preschool educational services.

The preschool portal of the city of Perm is intended for complex automation of preschool education and ensuring information support of providing preschool educational services. When developing the portal the following problems were solved:

• Creation of the transparent mechanism of setting of children in queue on receiving the place in child care educational institutions with a possibility of filing of application on the Internet;
• Conducting the personified accounting of the children visiting child care educational institutions;
• Automatic completing of groups;
• Monitoring of provision of services of preschool education;
• Creation of competitive environment for private sector development of services of preschool education;
• Consolidation of community of preschool education;
• Automation of calculation of the budget of preschool educational institutions.

On the Preschool portal of the city of Perm for parents an opportunity opened:

• Register the child on receiving the place in kindergarten;
• Study information on preschool institutions of the city;
• Learn about perspective of receiving the place in kindergarten;
• Discuss issues of preschool education at a forum;
• Place the declaration of exchange of places in kindergartens;
• Study new projects in preschool education.

The complete solution of automation of preschool education is approved and implemented in the city of Perm.

Users of a system are:

• Department of Education of city administration of Perm;
• Seven district structural divisions of Department of Education of the city of Perm;
• About 300 preschool educational institutions;
• Parents of children under 7 years of the city of Perm.

The solution is designed in such a way that it can be easily recustomized and finished under specifics of other regions.
