KIIS. Region Regional Medical Information System (RMIS)

Regional Medical Information System (RMIS), KIIS. The region, it is intended for information support of processes of management of a health care system of the region and providing necessary services for the medical and pharmaceutical organizations.

KIIS. The region represents the centralized cloud regional medical information system including such modules as regional NSI, the central register of patients (CRP), the integrated electronic medical record (IEMR), subsystems Passport of MO, "The register of medics", "The electronic recipe", Demography, Prevention, etc.

For KIIS. The region is required one selected (including virtual) server from two-nuclear processor, 4 GB of the RAM and high-speed network connection. In quality operating system it is used Ubuntu (as of April, 2018, version 16.04). As runtime environment the nginx server, the Python interpreter are used and DBMS PostgreSQL.

With growth of loading a system can be unrolled on several servers for performance improvement. Work of KIIS is supported. The region in standard cloud data processing centers (DPC) on model IaaS / PaaS.

For work of the user of rather personal computer with Windows OS (XP is also more senior), Linux or macOS; the Apple iPad tablet or running Android OS.

2019: Compatibility with Red OS

On December 19, 2019 RedSoft reported that for the purpose of development of technology cooperation are tested on compatibility software of KIIS. The region (productions "End-to-end medical information systems") on domestic to the operating system RED OS (productions of RED SOFT). Results of testing confirmed correct work of products. Results are reflected in the bilateral certificate.

RED SOFT pays considerable attention to development of the affiliate program and, in particular, expansion of the list of compatibility of the products. We in K-MIS systematically and consistently implement several years the import substitution program of our software products for health care. We consider correct and necessary to provide transfer of medical information systems, crucial for the country, on general-system to software of domestic production, including for safety reasons, cost reductions on technical maintenance and preserving of means of taxpayers which are spent for informatization of medicine, in Russia. 2018: Release

The "End-to-end Medical Information Systems" company (K-MIS) announced on April 11, 2018 release of the regional medical information system (RMIS) "KIIS. Region"

Information system "KIIS. Region"

The solution is result of review of a product line of the company and the applied technology approaches. The main objectives which were set for itself by K-MIS company were: transition from decentralized to completely centralized architecture of regional solutions; a total failure from the platform IBM Notes/Domino in development of regional services and systems, full support of import substitution; creation of the true cloud solutions capable to work both in to virtual environment regional TsODv on model SaaS PaaS // IaaS, and in the developing directions, such as containers Docker; the improved support of the industry requirements to RMIS created in pursuance of FZ-242.

The product "Central Register of Patients" (CRP) which included a prototype of future platform and mastering by the company of new approaches and means became first signs of a company performance. Having released and having debugged this product, the company continued its development.

Information system "KIIS. Region". Module "Patients"

According to the developer, "KIIS. The region" contains the following main features:

• the uniform regional normative reference information (NRI) based on federal NSI Uniform State Health Information System;
• regional register of the medical organizations;
• regional register of health workers;
• the built-in central register of patients (CRP) with automatic maintaining any registers and registers, including the register of the attached population;
• the integrated electronic medical record (IEMR) with automatic formation of nosological registers;
• analytics of work of regional health care;
• integration with the EPGU, FIEMK and REMD federal services "My Health".

The company is going to finish and develop "KIIS. Region". For example, in the nearest future the regional service "Electronic Recipe" will be added to a system, the possibilities of adding of the module "Demography" and some other the ideas are considered.

In process of distribution of a product during 2018 the company is going to complete lifecycle of the previous regional KIIS.RIR platform and to bring this system and its components out of support and operation.
