Biography

In 1998 graduated from the Petrozavodsk state university on technical specialty, 1998-1999 served in the Strategic Missile Troops (SMT) in medical hospital as software developer.

In 1999, he began work in the computing center of Kondopoga OJSC, where he was engaged in the development and implementation of the Kondopoga medical information system for the needs of a large departmental medical center of the Republic of Karelia.

Since 2007, he has been working at K-MIS.

Work Experience

In 2004, he defended his thesis on the design of complex medical information systems based on mathematical modeling methods and an object-relational approach. He is the author of over 130 scientific papers on the development and implementation of medical information systems, including the monograph "Information Technologies in Healthcare" (2002) and "Medical Information Systems" (2005), co-author of the textbook "Information System in the Organization of Work of Healthcare Institutions."

He is the responsible editor of the journal "Doctor and Information Technology" (d.) Moscow , A member of the Expert Council on the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation use of information and communication technologies in the health system, a member of the board of the Association for the Development of Medical Technologies information technology ARMIT (), as well as a member of the committee of the National Medical Chamber on information technology.

In 2018, together with his partner Roman Novitsky, he founded the Webiomed project and was engaged in its development and promotion as of December 2021.

In 2019, he was invited by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation to the post of program director of the course of digital transformation of health care at the Higher School of Public Administration (VSHSU) of the RANEPA.
