KORUS Safedoc is a hardware and software system for documents acceptance in electronic form.
On May 16, 2017 CORUS Consulting Group declared an output to the market the hardware and software system KORUS Safedoc for safe documents acceptance of citizens in electronic form.
The information system of documents acceptance in electronic form, is created by specialists of Corus Consulting for the public and commercial institutions processing and storing digital document revisions of citizens. The HSS helps to transmit quickly and safely digital document revisions through self-service terminals in the centralized data warehouse.
The hardware and software system conforms to requirements to storage and personal data processing, in particular, of passport data of citizens. The technological solution ensures safety of the electronic documents transferred from removable mediums of information by means of the built-in antivirus protection.
As a part of a product:
- software package,
- server framework,
- attendant workstation with an opportunity for work with requests and services via the web interface,
- terminals for documents acceptance, where well safe data reading from USB drives, SD cards and compact disks.
The hardware and software system is integrated into the operating IT infrastructure of the organization. Centralized operation by a server framework gives the chance to quickly connect additional offices. The safety of information, fault tolerance and uninterrupted operation of work of all system is provided with duplication of data on several additional servers.
We developed the solution with focus on requirement of the state multifunction centers for which the solution for documents acceptance automation is sharply necessary now. At the same time we see potential interest to a product and from banks, insurance companies and other organizations for which optimization of work with individuals and documents is relevant.
