As of August, 2018, the integration gateway federal executive authority — ESMEV provides:

  • 1. Passing of a chain of interaction DIS (departmental information system) with ESMEV
    • Receiving requests from VIS including on the simplified protocol
    • Conversion of a request to the SIEI format
    • Signing of requests electronic signature of authority (EDS of OV)
    • Sending request to SIEI and receiving the answer
    • Transfer of the answer in VIS
    • If the external system acts as the initiator of a request, "the chain of requests" works similarly in the opposite direction

  • 2. Implementation of scenarios of interaction of VIS — SIEI (for example, one request from VIS = several requests in different federal executive authorities)
  • 3. Work on the simplified protocols of interaction: VIS — the Integration Gateway

Reports on interaction

Reports on interaction output information in different cuts of data:

  • Supplier/consumer of information and type of a request
  • Date and time of interaction of the gateway with other systems at each stage
  • Distribution of answers of a federal executive authority by time (less than 3 sec., from 3 to 10 sec., from 10 to 30 sec.... over 10 minutes)
  • Result (informative, data are not found, error SIEI, an internal error)
  • Distribution of answers of a federal executive authority by pithiness, quantity and percent
  • Type of an error (error SIEI / Error of Federal Executive Authority Service), quantity and percent of requests with errors

Protocol of interaction

The complete protocol of interaction including the table is provided to the specialist for the analysis of a specific chain of interaction:

  • stage of passing of a request
  • identifier of a request
  • name of request/service
  • initiator
  • receiver
  • processing date/time
  • also exchange XML files on each stage

On the basis of permanent poll of internal and external systems Monitoring and Statistics of the current availability of own and external services are based
