KWENT Rights is a management system and accounting of the rights.
In the course of system operation the uniform electronic database on projects of customer company and related is created by transactions into which the available archives, files in the Excel format and data from 1C are loaded, reports according to a business model of the company are configured, the warning system of the conflict of the rights operates.
KWENT Rights helps to systematize data on transactions in uniform base. In it are integrated:
- search,
- filtering by parameters
- tagging of projects and transactions.
Transactions and payment statuses are controlled using histograms. Charts of a ratio of the contracted and paid sales by clients, their debt expressed in number of days are represented separately.
The KWENT Rights dashboards offer the analysis of KPI of staff of sales department and work on transactions. Each diagram conducts to a detailed report which can be configured and unloaded individually in the table Excel.
