To do this, just click on the invitation link received by SMS - you do not need to install a separate application. The session opens in the browser window. To get started, you only need to create a user account.

The technician can use the pointer or draw on images. Thanks to this visual navigation, the client will be able to better understand what problem has arisen with the device and solve it faster. The service is easy to use and provides high quality video and audio.

As a result, AIRe Link allows you to more quickly identify problems and in most cases deal with them remotely. Engineers reduce the number of trips and, as a result, save their time and reduce costs.
