Ability to work with tenders

The user will be able to indicate the status of work with procurement, report to management, summarize the tasks and visualize the work with tenders.

To add a tender to the task board, you need to mark the selected tender: "interesting," "participating," "won," "lost" or another.

The task board is located in the "Favorites" tab of the service. It contains columns that indicate the statuses or stages of work on the purchase. Purchasing cards can be moved between columns and work with tenders like a funnel in CRM. Columns can also be swapped among themselves.

The procurement card on the board includes: label, responsible person, comment, name, customer, NMC, deadline for submission of applications, procurement status, winner, contracts and contracts.

Launch of tender search service in CIS countries

On April 24, 2024, the Kontur. Zakupki service announced the appearance of access to tenders in the CIS countries on its vast expanses. At the first stage, you can find purchases on electronic sites in Belarus and Kazakhstan.

To search for tenders published on these sites, users of "Kontur. Purchase" need to select the filter "CIS Purchases," and the service will show all foreign procedures found on request. The list of new sources for search includes the largest electronic sites in Belarus (three sites are available) and Kazakhstan (six sites are available), where state and commercial customers publish tenders. Most of the purchases of the two countries take place at these sites.

Now the service tells the user that the purchase is carried out on a foreign site. Users can find purchases from Belarus and Kazakhstan and enter new markets, the company emphasized.

• Leave labels and comments about purchasing for colleagues. Users can comment on purchases and view discussion history, edit and delete their comments.
• Monitor the work of employees on applications. Using filters in the Favorites, the manager will be able to assess the workload and effectiveness of employees: see how many active purchases are assigned to each, how many completed purchases are assigned to a specialist over a certain period.
