2025: Presentation of the Lad.Goz module

On Lad September 17, 2025, the IT Group announced the release of the LAD.GOZ module for the 2.5 edition configuration 1C:ERP.

The product allows companies operating under a state defense order (GOZ) to automate some of the routine operations for 275-FZ work.

Traditionally, the preparation of settlement and costing materials (RCM) according to the BARS takes a considerable time: information is collected from the accounting registers, uploaded to Excel and processed manually in accordance with the approved forms of the FAS. It is a time-consuming process, error-prone and requires constant accounting for changes in legislation. The LAD.GOZ module is designed to automate this work inside the ERP system.

Among the functional capabilities of the module: delimitation of access rights to data, automatic control of compliance of costs with calculation and expense items, formation of documents for justifying the forecast price, collection of provided data in electronic form, setting up automatic determination of BARS and analytics calculation items in 1C:ERP 2.5, formation of basic economic standards.

With correct accounting, RCMs are created automatically in the system - without additional uploads to Excel and without the need for special training of employees. All required reporting is drawn up in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1465 "On State Regulation of Prices for Products Supplied under the State Defense Order" and is updated.

The solution does not require large-scale modifications - the module is integrated into a typical configuration as a separate subsystem, which allows it to be launched as soon as possible.
