At the end of 2016 Lanit and Fleksis signed the agreement as a result of which Lanit becomes the owner of the mobile client for iDecide Documents electronic document management systems. Lanit purchased the exclusive rights to iDecide Documents as users of mobile application were interested in expansion functionality of the solution on management of meetings while Fleksis ceases to develop this technology. The group is going to focus on solutions in the field of the technologies of data analysis and artificial intelligence demanded in foreign markets.
After agreement signature specialists of department of document management systems of Lanit company received code base and all necessary competences for further development of iDecide Documents. Based on technology they independently developed the mobile solution for management of meetings and integrated it into the platform of corporate content management (Enterprise content management, ECM) LanDocs.
Under the terms of the transaction the name iDecide Documents will be replaced with "LanDocs: Mobile client". The solution is intended for management of meetings and allows to get acquainted with agenda items and speakers, to receive materials for a meeting, to store them on the mobile device and to work offline, to approve meeting minutes, to issue instructions and to control the course of their execution. Heads get rid of need to address paper document revisions. All necessary information with a possibility of quick search is available from the tablet, and instructions and meetings are displayed in specially developed calendar representation.
The Fleksis company released mobile clients for EDMS – iDecide Documents – in 2010. Among its users there are federal ministries and departments, the regional governments, large business structures. In 2014 iDecide Documents was recognized by the best business application for top managers according to CNews. Among users of products and solutions of iDecide there are heads of federal and regional authorities, top managers of large and medium business.
