Lasmart SpacePlanner

Lasmart SpacePlanner is an online service for creation of plano-grams and management of the calculation of goods in retail network.

2020: Functionality of Lasmart SpacePlanner

According to information for September, 2020 the SpacePlanner service consists of the following modules:

• Module "Plan of Shop". Among functions:
  • Preparation of templates of trading floors
  • Planning of advertizing spaces
  • Arrangement of a retail store equipment in the hall
  • Color indication of the equipment and plano-grams
  • Zoning of the premises
  • Thermal cards of efficiency by trade zones and items of equipment
  • The analysis of sales by trade zones and different indicators on sq.m

• Module "Designer of the Equipment". Allows to create the equipment, using:
  • Library of components with dimensions and images
  • Tools, for creation of own set of components of the equipment
  • The standard vertical calculation and different calculations in refrigerators, on pallets and tables
  • Different types of shelves: ekonompanel, panels with perforation, bars, etc.
  • Hinged equipment: hooks, shelf dividers, baskets, suspension
  • Specifications on assembly of furniture

• Module "Editor of Plano-grams". Among features:
  • High performance - up to 1000 goods on one plano-gram
  • Automatic calculation of depth of the calculation, depending on the sizes of goods and properties of the shelf or suspension
  • The calculation validator which will indicate errors: overlapping of goods, intersection with structural elements of the equipment and many others.
  • Display of goods "gross" and "net" with a different set of the sizes and images
  • Support of business process, approval of the plano-gram - Draft copy, On Approval, In Work with participation of staff of different departments of the organization
  • Display of goods in soft packaging: pillows, blankets, loose goods

• Mobile application. Provides solving of tasks:
  • Support of business process of change of plano-grams
  • Support of lifecycle of plano-grams - from the draft copy before decommissioning
  • Problem definition to personnel in shops
  • Control of execution of tasks by linear personnel
  • Photoreports
  • The report on geo-data with fixing of an error at a visit (a deviation from a visit point)
  • An Antifrodovy system (prohibition on attachment of a photo from memory of the mobile device)

• Module "Analytics"
  • The built-in functionality of analytics passes through all modules of service. So, on the plano-gram, using the mechanism of thermal cards, it is possible to monitor accomplishment of conditions of blockiness of the calculation and also to obtain up-to-date information about sales and a remaining balance of goods. The analytical reports configured on the PBI platform (Microsoft) that allows to obtain summary information in real time are integrated into service.

• Module "Automation of the Calculation". Provides:
  • Observance of conditions of the marketing agreement;
  • Implementation of difficult algorithms of the calculation of goods;
  • Automatic formation of plano-grams by the set criteria;
  • Accounting by algorithms of real dimensions of the equipment.
