On September 1, 2023, Lenovo announced its first portable game console. A device called Legion Go is offered at an estimated price of €800.

The presented gadget is equipped with an 8.8-inch QHD + display (2560 × 1600 pixels) with a refresh rate of 144 Hz, 97 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and a brightness of 500 nits. Up to 10 simultaneous touches are supported. The basis is the AMD Ryzen Z1 Extreme processor with AMD RDNA graphics, and the Windows 11 operating system is used as a software platform.

The console is equipped with two removable Lenovo Legion TrueStrike controllers with joysticks, a spider and additional buttons, including side and rear. It is noted that the joysticks are made on the basis of Hall sensors, which ensure the absence of drift and the minimum number of dead zones. The proprietary Lenovo Coldfront cooling system is involved, which involves the use of a 79-blade fan with a noise level of no more than 25 dB.

The device has 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM (7500 MHz), an M.2 2242 SSD with PCIe 4.0 (NVMe) with a capacity of up to 1 TB, Wi-Fi 6E (802.11 ax) and Bluetooth 5.2 wireless adapters, stereo speakers (2 × 2 W), two USB Type-C ports (USB 4.0, USBport 1.4, Power Delivery 3.0), micro slot for audio cards and SD. Responsible for the power supply is a 49.2 Vt·ch battery with Super Rapid Charge technology, which allows you to replenish the energy reserve on the 70% in about 30 minutes. Along with the console, you can use special Lenovo Legion Glasses with Micro OLED displays that provide a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels per eye. In addition, Lenovo Legion E510 7.1 RGB Gaming In-Ear Headphones are available.[1]
