According to information for March, 2020 in the product Lexema. Training management the following goals are achieved:

  • Ensuring system approach to  training management of personnel
  • Acceleration of input and data processing on personnel training
  • Rearrangement of routine transactions on a system, release of human resources
  • The organization of learning process according to regulating documents (standards, regulations on a training order)

Interface of the program "Lexema. Training management"

The training management system and personnel development solves the following problems of planning and registration of actual data about training of employees:

  • Maintaining in the system of a matrix (list) of personnel training
  • Formation of annual requisitions (diagrams) of training from service PBOTOS and divisions on training of employees
  • Formation of the annual plan of compulsory education of employees (external providers and internal trainers) on the basis of annual requisitions (diagrams of training)
  • Formation of monthly requests from PBOTOS and divisions for training of employees at external providers of training at a basis of the annual plan and requests (the diagram of training)
  • Formation of the monthly training plan on the basis of the monthly requests corrected on the basis of annual requisitions (diagrams of training)
  • Automatic mailing of notifications to participants of process (participant of training, head of the structural unit (joint venture))
  • Formation of protocols of training with the application the scan images of documents
  • Reflection in the Card of proficiency of the employee of information about trained
  • Creation of necessary printed and analytical forms
  • Formation of the platform for self-training of employees
