The smart system registers all received and sent notifications, records and stores information about the time of receipt of correspondence, - said representatives of the developer company.

Electronic mailboxes are equipped with a card reader, which allows you to use a single key fob to access the residential complex, access and receive correspondence. The interactive screen provides the ability to independently pick up mail and create technical fault requests for the management company.

Apartment owners gain access to a mobile application through which notifications about the delivery of correspondence are received. The system also allows you to configure access rights to an individual mailbox.

The installation of automated mailboxes is provided both at the design stage of new residential complexes and in already populated houses in agreement with residents or the management company.
