2019: The announcement of electronic archive based on Open Source

On April 23, 2019 the Business Logic company reported that the Logic created the Russian product ": ARCHIVE" based on Open Source, intended for the organization of processing, the structured storage and use of electronic documents.

According to the company, product "Logic: The ARCHIVE" allows to organize work with different types of documentation: financial, technical, personnel, archive of paper documents and also with the file of the client (for credit and insurance companies). A system will be suitable for use in public authorities and in the companies with the state participation which follow an import substitution paradigm.

Use of a product:

• reduces the term of information search and increases labor productivity of workers;
• reduces finance costs on the organization of document storage;
• increases the level of information security during the work with corporate content;
• excludes risk of loss of documents;
• optimizes internal processes of processing and use of documents.

The solution provides access to documents for all their lifecycle. There is a possibility of attributive and full-text search, use of special desktops with the configured hierarchies of representation and groupings of documents under specific production objectives.

Important feature of the solution "Logic: ARCHIVE" — a possibility of the structured storage of corporate content according to different schemes of systematization and grouping. The product supports any complex structures of document storage and their communication with objects, significant for business (clients, transactions, the equipment, etc.).

The solution allows to store the electronic documents created not only in EDMS, but also in the different systems used in the organization, for example — ERP CRM CAD, financial and so forth. Moreover, using "the Logician: The ARCHIVE" can be constructed the uniform archive of the organization giving the chance to provide access to documents from any information systems of the organization.
