2025: Product Announcement
On June 20, 2025, it became known that the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenova and PJSC Sberbank of Russia announced the creation of a mobile application "KhudeiNaZdorovye" for managing overweight. The product will be developed on the basis of GigaChat's large language model and will provide personalized weight loss programs. The application is scheduled to launch in August 2025.
Within the framework of this project, Sechenov University and NMIC TPM act as medical experts and owners of the solution, and Sber is a developer and technological partner. The project is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Health of Russia.
In Russia, more than 40 million people are obese. Excess weight provokes the development of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, COPD and some types of cancer. Studies show that being overweight affects a person's mental health, causes depression and reduces self-esteem.
It is difficult for obese patients to make a decision about lifestyle changes - to overhaul the eating system and increase physical activity. The task of the app is to motivate people to lose overweight with personalized recommendations and proactive user support.
Its own clinical base and full-cycle research and production infrastructure allows Sechenov University to act as a qualified customer, co-developer and user of solutions based on artificial intelligence.
On the basis of Sechenov University, various AI solutions are developed and implemented in pilot mode. Among them are a platform for neural network 3D modeling of operations, SPTD to identify early predictors of life-threatening thrombotic complications in patients in anesthesiology and resuscitation departments.
