2015: Good results of year and attempt to sell an asset for 330 million rub

In December, 2015 in internal mailing of LovePlanet the Deputy CEO for technologies of RBC Alexander Kononenko congratulated employees on record on profit year.

The current work year, on the one hand, was difficult for the industry, for our holding, and with another it became very successful and very profitable is specific for the Loveplanet project. This year the project set up a record on the got profit for all the history. This very big achievement and all thanks to you! Especially it is noticeable against the background of our very small, but harmonious command, in comparison with competitors. Harmonious work of all and everyone: the moderator, the maker-up, the programmer, a timlid, the prodzhekt also allowed to achieve results of the current year.

In a conversation with Kononenko's Roem.ru confirmed that the letter belongs to it, but refused to give specific numbers. According to him, all of them still consider sale of the project and conduct negotiations. Last time the discussed price was at the level of 330 million rubles^[1].

RBC does not open the financial reporting of service separately. Last time in the reporting for the first half of the year Loveplanet was included into the Entertaining Internet group. The gross profit for the first half of the year made 71 million rubles that is 30% lower year-on-year. At this EBITDA grew from 11 million to 33 million in a half-year. The company explained it with sale of unprofitable assets (Utro.ru, Smotri.com, etc.) in 2014 and EBITDA Loveplanet growth.

Since 2016 Loveplanet and CNews will pass in the reporting of holding as Minor assets.

2014: Development of JustLanch - mob applications for business acquaintances

The project according to Kononenko Alexander (October, 2014) profitable, generates big revenue and actively develops, especially mobile direction.
