On December 19, 2025, Diasoft and Luxms Group presented a joint solution - Luxms BI Diasoft Budgeting. It integrates budget management, budgeting, consolidation, and business intelligence processes into a single software environment. The solution is focused on companies that require deep business planning of the budget process and detailed analysis of results for making informed management decisions.

Luxms BI Diasoft Budgeting provides a comprehensive solution to business planning tasks - from forming budgets to monitoring their implementation in real time. Luxms BI Diasoft Budgeting is built on the deep integration of the Luxms BI business analytics platform from Luxms Group and the Enterprise Budgeting software product as part of Diasoft's Enterprise Controlling solution, which automates both traditional budgeting functions and control of complex financial models using a low-code approach: specialists can quickly adapt the budget structure to changes in business logic without involving IT teams.

Built-in mechanisms for automatic elimination of intra-group turnover and adjustment control allow you to form an income and expense budget, a cash flow budget and a balance sheet for the entire group of companies without manual reconciliations and Excel assemblies. This reduces the risk of errors and significantly speeds up the closing of reporting periods. The flexible data model provides clarity of calculations and the ability to instantly recalculate when changing scenario parameters.

The solution is compatible with any external data sources thanks to a set of ready-made adapters and connectors to popular accounting systems and ERP (including 1C and SAP).
