2024: Integration with My MCN Personal Account
The MCN WebPhone widget is integrated into all pages of the Personal Account and can be used as a full-fledged IP phone with the functions of dialing, receiving incoming calls, holding and forwarding calls. MSN Telecom (MCN Telecom) announced this on October 30, 2024.
Using MCN WebPhone does not require additional equipment - calls are made directly from the browser, which makes the process of communication with customers more convenient. To make a call, just make a simple configuration according to the instructions and select a number from the list of connected phone numbers.
MCN WebPhone is available to users with active SIP accounts and is provided free of charge. The cost of calls and Virtual PBX service is calculated according to the customer's tariff plan.
