Alt Domain Compatibility
MD Information Systems (MDIS Group of Companies) and BASEALT have confirmed the compatibility of the Granulex Recovery catalog granular recovery subsystem with the Alt Domain software complex. This was reported by "BASEALT" on September 2, 2025.
The joint solution will allow organizations switching to domestic software to undergo a complex migration process with Microsoft AD in an accelerated mode, safely and with the guarantee of successful implementation. The subsequent operation of the Linux directory with the granular recovery subsystem significantly saves the cost of supporting the IT infrastructure and ensures business continuity.
| We believe that in the near future, with the start of mass implementation and operation of Linux directories, granular recovery of the catalog service will become a mandatory standard for the market. Customers and integrators will have a choice between a quick and painless transition to Linux with Granulex or a long and resource-intensive rollout of the catalog, extended for years to come, - said Larisa Dydykina, Commercial Director of MD Information Systems LLC (Granulex). |
| Migration of the domain directory service from an import solution to a Russian one is one of the most critical projects. Accidental loss or distortion of even a small part of the catalog data can lead to big problems, up to the suspension of the organization, financial and reputational losses. To protect customers from these risks, we have included the Granulex Recovery solution in the ecosystem of software compatible with Alt operating systems and will maintain compatibility as new versions of products are released, "said Sergey Gushchin, Head of Partner Relations at BASEALT. |
