On September 7, 2012 specialists of TsOS and VT company completed successful testing of new version 2.3 of the software package COS.MFC (AIS MFC) intended for automation of activity of the Multifunction centers of providing the public and municipal services of the second generation.
In version 2.3 the functionality of interaction between divisions (organizations) allowing to automate their joint work is implemented, the binding of users to one or several of them became possible, transfer of affairs between divisions is automated.
The new analytical module which allows to build registers and statistic reports by the selected parameters is connected to a system.
In this version separation of documents into groups and types is entered, the binding and control of a part of documents concerning each applicant is implemented. For affairs the new status "Issue of Documents" to which calculation of terms according to administrative regulations does not extend is entered. The functionality of suspension and resuming of accomplishment of affairs at which the termination of counting of terms for case suspension is provided is also implemented. The possibility of sending interdepartmental requests separately on different participants of case is implemented.
New edition of the AIS MFC allows to categorize applicants (roles), including: installation of requirements for the number of participants of case by categories (including put without applicants), formation of a necessary set of documents depending on category of the participant of case.
In version 2.3. the COS.MFC complex there was a scanning start function directly from the interface of the web browser which does not require use of third-party programs, preserving and attachment of files.
Besides, in an update, systems some other functionality which need arose in use and supports of complexes of MFC is implemented.
