2018: MHchat start

On September 26, 2018 the Amadeus company reported that it together with Malaysia Airlines created Chatbot for airlines - MHchat which allows travelers to armor air tickets, to receive confirmation of armorings and also answers to questions through a messaging platform on social networks.

Chat-bot MHchat

Clients of Malaysia Airlines can use MHchat in Facebook Messenger if they want to find information on run or to ask the question connected with armoring. The application will perform search and will provide the necessary information using artificial intelligence (AI). Travelers will be able to complete transaction, to make safe payment and to receive a travel route in the same application.

Developed for simulation of a conversation, MHchat works as this "friend of the traveler", aware that it is necessary for it. The convenient solution available round the clock and without days off, facilitating payments, giving immediate responses and providing a possibility of communication when it is convenient to the client is result.

Amadeus Chatbot can adapt to requirements of any airline, providing higher customer satisfaction, ampler opportunities for generation of income and also economy of means on customer service.

While Malaysia Airlines starts the pilot version of MHchat, Amadeus will continue to advance technology innovations and to improve the chat-bot, complementing it with functions, including support of several languages, adding of additional services to the existing armoring and even integration with Alexa from Amazon for use of voice opportunities.
