2023: Integration with N3.Health

On August 28, 2023, it became known about the completion of the integration of the Sanatorium medical information system and the N3.Health cloud platform, an operator of another information system that ensures the transfer of data to the Uniform State Health Information System Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

MIS "Sanatorium"

As reported, MIS "Sanatorium" is designed to automate sanatoriums, rehabilitation centers and hotels of the "Medical SPA" format. The solution optimizes the work of doctors, managers and managers of the sanatorium-resort industry, helps to debug business processes, increase the load of the number of rooms and the average check for services. It combines the medical part (medical history, appointments, dispatching and vacation control), the PMS system (number management, dynamic tariffs/reservations, module for housekeeping) and the mobile application for the guest (schedule, self-recording, reminders, reviews, etc.)

The implemented integration with the N3.Health platform provides the clients of MIS "Sanatorium" with the possibility of information exchange with the Uniform State Health Information System system of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation - federal subsystems of IEMK and RAMD.

According to the current licensing legislation, all medical organizations must interact with the Uniform State Health Information System and transfer data on cases of medical care for patients to a single information system. Sanatoriums, rehabilitation centers, spas with a medical license are also no exception and must ensure the fulfillment of the current license standards.

In addition to the "duties," interaction with Uniform State Health Information System opens up a number of additional options for the institutions of the sanatorium and resort industry, important and necessary for building high-quality and effective work with clients: access of the medical staff to a single electronic patient record with up-to-date and complete information on the state of his health, the dynamics of the development of a particular disease, laboratory and diagnostic studies, collected in chronological order, the conclusions of doctors observing the patient who entered the sanatorium for rehabilitation or health treatment. The ability to "digitize" the period of treatment in the sanatorium and provide access for the patient to the history of his stay in the LPU in electronic form on the State Public services portal: data on the medical procedures and manipulations carried out within the framework of sanatorium treatment, recommendations for the future period - the patient will be able to find all this information in his personal account "My Health" and convey it to his attending physician if necessary, as well as use it at the next visits to institutions Sancura.

The Uniform State Health Information System module in MIS Sanatorium has become an addition to the existing functional capabilities of the program, which are combined into four main blocks: medicine, accommodation, commerce, management.

"Sanatorium" combines international standards of the hospitality industry with the needs of health facilities. The medical unit is represented by modules for working with the patient's electronic medical record, the base fields of which are filled automatically at the stage of guest check-in, and the others are filled in according to the norm (the doctor notes only deviations). Manual data entry is practically excluded, it is replaced by checkboxes and drop-down menus, the speech recognition system works. A special expert module "interprets" the results of research, calculates BMI, calories, and draws the attention of specialists to indicators that go beyond the regulatory limits. After diagnosis, the system automatically displays a list of procedures recommended for the patient, which may include both generally accepted medical recommendations and the standards of a particular institution. The management unit of the software solution allows you to almost automatically track the key metrics of the institution: commercial indicators, staff efficiency, customer satisfaction. You can take into account anything: the number of patients admitted by each specialist, the proportion of repeated patients, the ratio of positive and negative reviews, etc. All management reporting is clear and available for display in one window.

The implementation of the Uniform State Health Information System module is one of the aspects of the development of the software solution of the MIS Sanatorium. It provides additional competitive opportunities for LPU and makes it possible to provide patients with a modern service in the process of treatment, to ensure the convenience of interaction with medical documents, both for the doctor and for the patient, to optimize the quality of medical care provided.

As of August 2023, N3.Health is almost the only provider with whom it is possible to connect a sanatorium-resort facility to the Uniform State Health Information System.
