MITTs Personal contact information

MITTs Municipal Unitary Enterprise, the Certified partner of DIRECTUM, presents technical solution for work with new types of contact information. The solution "Personal Contact Information" allows to process information on the person in the structured type, taking into account features of interaction of the company with external partners.

Storage of contact information on all partners is the major task for the customer-oriented companies which constantly interact with considerable number of legal entities and physical persons. Loss of important information about the contact person often not only threatens with deterioration in business relations and decrease in loyalty, but also afterwards can lead to notable financial losses for the company. At the same time development of information and communication technologies directly influences increase in quantity of types of communication and, as a result, quantity of types of contact information. In that case the possibility of storage of the maximum number of a contact information becomes important competitive advantage for the modern enterprise.

The technical solution from "MITTs" directed to the solution of this task comprises a new method of work with personal contact information. Use of the solution "Personal Contact Information" provides an opportunity:

• structuring a contact information according to needs of the customer and also search of contacts in specific criteria;
• storages in the system of an unlimited number of the contact information tied to a specific object;
• formations of different types of the reports connected with contact information.

As a result the company has an opportunity to bring in a system contact information of any kind (including contacts of ICQ, Skype, SIP) and in any quantity that allows to build more effective interaction with partners.

Description of work of the solution

The general scheme of implementation of technical solution consists in adding in a form of the reference book DIRECTUM of the table with the following columns:

• No. of a payment order – sequence number of record.
• Type of contact – the name of a type of contact information from the reference book "Type of Contact".
• Contact – directly contact information.

It allows to create records of reference books which have the details containing specific types of a contact information. This table it is possible to locate on specially created reference book card tab. For filling of the detail "Type of Contact" the new reference book "Type of Contact" having the following fields was also created:

• The name * – the name of a type of contact. It is used for the indication of the intelligent name of a type of contact information.
• The code * – the code of a type of contact information. It can be used for a quick selection of the necessary type of contact.
• The description – detailed information on the created type of contact information which clear and unambiguously describes it.
• Status * – a status of the created record. Two options of write state of the reference book are possible: acting / closed.

Thus, in any of reference books of DIRECTUM which contains contact information the possibility of the indication of any number of necessary data appeared. The contact information which is stored in the structured type is synchronized with the corresponding fields in cards of the connected reference books. At the same time the standard circuit of work of DIRECTUM is not broken.
